For large payments, your card company may call to confirm for your security. If the order is deemed irregular during verification, such as use of a stolen card or an order in someone else's name, we may hold or cancel it.

For bank transfer, you can pay via PC banking, internet banking, phone banking or at a nearby bank.
The depositor name entered at checkout must match the actual depositor, and payment must be made within 7 days; unpaid orders are canceled automatically.

When exchanges and returns are accepted
- Within 7 days of receiving the item. However, for home appliances,
exchanges/returns are not accepted if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product has lost its value.
- If the item or service received differs from its description or advertising
or was provided differently: within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days of when you became aware of it

When exchanges and returns are not accepted
- The item was lost or damaged for reasons attributable to the customer. Except where the packaging
was opened to check the contents
- The packaging has been opened or damaged and the product has lost its value
(e.g. home appliances, food, music, etc. Returns/exchanges for dead pixels on laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc.
follow the manufacturer's policy.)
- The value of the item has dropped significantly due to use or partial consumption by the customer. For cosmetics, this applies only when a tester
was provided.
- The value of the item has dropped significantly over time so that it can no longer be resold
- The packaging of a reproducible item has been damaged
